Call or email, whichever you would rather. Answered in one working day.

hello@lumenweb.co.uk

Prefer to talk? Send your number and a good time and we'll ring you. Rather we looked at your current site instead? Ask for a free check: eighteen tests on contrast, keyboard access, speed, tracking and wording, sent whether or not you work with us.

What the free check looks like

Type your practice or site name below to see the shape of the report. This is a worked example, not a live scan: auditing a real address means fetching it by hand, which we do when you ask.

Example report: your site

Google Fonts loaded from a CDN: sends visitor IP addresses to a third party
Body text contrast measured at 3.9:1, below the 4.5:1 AA minimum
No advertising pixels detected
Wording on the "Services" page claims to "treat anxiety": worth checking against ASA guidance
Contact form present and reachable within two clicks from every page

Illustrative example only: common findings across real practice sites, not a scan of "your site". Email the real address and we'll run all eighteen checks by hand.

What helps, and what happens next

Useful to include

  • What you practise and who you work with
  • Whether you have a website now, and its address
  • Which plan looks closest, if any of them do
  • Anything that has to be true for this to work for you

What happens next

You get a reply within one working day: a straight answer, a plan recommendation with the price, or an honest note that we're not the right fit. If it's a build, we send the content pack, and the 30-day clock starts when you send it back.

Why there is no form on this page

A form on a static site has to route your message through a third party: we'd rather your first message came straight to us. Yours will have a form, tested daily, because your visitors need one. We don't.

Nothing on this page tracks you

No analytics, cookies, pixels, or fonts loaded from anyone else's server. If you're deciding whether to change how your own site handles visitors, that's the standard we build to.
