Is this one person or a team?
One person doing the work, with specialist help brought in where genuinely needed. You won't be handed to an account manager: the person who builds your site is the person who answers when something breaks.
How many counsellors have you built for?
None yet, honestly: you'd be one of the first. In return, closer attention than you'd get once there's a full client list, and a founding-client rate while that's true.
Do you understand the professional codes?
Well enough to keep your wording out of trouble and know where the edges are. Not well enough to advise on them: we point you at what the regulators publish and your own professional body instead.
What if I already have a website?
Then bring it. We'll tell you honestly whether it needs rebuilding or just fixing, and say so even when fixing is the smaller job.
What happens to my data with you?
We hold your email correspondence and the content you send us, on our own systems, for as long as we work together. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so there's nothing about your visit to hold.
