What we do, and what you bring
Never had a website built before? Here's the whole thing, jargon-free.
What we do
We write the words, build the pages, test everything, and put it live: accessible, fast, and compliant with advertising rules for healthcare. You touch no code.
What you bring
- Your details: qualifications, fees, specialism. We send simple questions, not a blank page.
- A domain: yours already, or we help you pick one. About £10–15 a year, registered in your name.
- A couple of photos, if you have them. Not required to start.
How it happens
You get in touch: call or email, whichever you would rather
Tell us what you practise and which plan looks right. Prefer a call? Send a number and a good time: we reply within one working day.
your time: ten minutesWe send some simple questions
Prompts, not a blank page: most people answer over a couple of evenings.
your time: about an hourWe write, build and test it
You get a private preview link to look at before anything is public.
your time: noneYou check it twice, then it is live
One round of changes, then a final read. Your domain, in your name.
your time: half an hour
About two hours of your time, spread over a couple of weeks. Live within 30 days.
Three plans. All of them published.
No quote, no call. Prices exclude VAT.

Four reasons, without the jargon
Four real problems on real therapy websites: each one fixed as standard.
Six promises, each with a consequence attached
A promise without a stated penalty is a marketing line. These have one.
- Live within 30 days of us having your content
- the first three months are free
- We test your contact form every day
- if it breaks and we do not catch it before you do, that month is free
- 95+ mobile performance and WCAG 2.2 AA at launch
- we fix it free, or refund you
- Your domain is in your name from day one
- your content exports any time: the fuller answer
- No lock-in after the initial term
- thirty days notice, whenever you like
- The price quoted is the price paid
- there is no second invoice
Not guaranteed: search rankings, enquiry volume, or any regulatory outcome. Nobody can honestly promise those.
The things people think before they get in touch
All of these are reasonable. None of them get a sales answer.
My current site is fine.
It might be. Send the address and we'll run our eighteen-point check (contrast, keyboard access, speed, third-party loads, wording) and send you the results. If it passes, we'll say so.
I am not technical.
You won't need to be. Send content in a document; we write, build, test and launch. Edits afterwards are just an email: no dashboard, no plugin to maintain.
That is more than I expected to spend.
Essentials is £19 a month: less than a fifth of one session for most practitioners. We can't promise it pays for itself, but the price on the page is the price, and you can leave after the initial term.
Why not Wix, Squarespace or a template?
They work, and if budget is tight, they're a reasonable choice. What they don't do: check your wording against advertising rules, keep tracking off the page, guarantee WCAG 2.2 AA, or notice a broken contact form. That's what you're paying us for. See the full comparison.
Can I leave?
Yes: thirty days' notice after the initial term. Your domain has been yours since day one, and your content exports on request.

The Private Practice Setup Guide
Registration, insurance, fees, getting a website built, the wording the ASA won't allow, and what your website legally needs. Ten pages, free.
What we do not do
- We can't promise rankings or enquiry numbers. Nobody can.
- We're not a source of legal advice: we point you to CAP's free Copy Advice service and your professional body.
- We don't build booking systems or clinical notes. Good UK tools exist for that, and we work alongside them.
- We don't hold your website hostage. Your domain, your content, exportable any time.
